UK Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked(Retail): £3.99 - 2 Workings Days.
EU & ROW (Rest of the World) Royal Mail Tracked (Retail): £15 - EU 3-5 Working Days and ROW 5-7 Working Days
UK UPS Tracked (Trade): £10 - Next working day.
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 1PM GMT. (Orders will still be processed after this time but will not be sent until the following working day.)
PLEASE NOTE we don’t take any responsibility for duties, taxes and customs charges and any parcels that have been seized, stopped or destroyed by customs, we won’t be able to issue refunds or offer any exchanges if this happens as the responsibility to resolve this issue is with the customer.
If your item is returned to us by your local customs office we will issue a refund minus the shipping & return costs.

All delivery timescales given are approximate as courier services are contracted by using external companies.
All faulty products and merchandise received will require photographic proof, please send your proof to the email we provide you when you make contact with us via the contact form. We may request that you to send back the product to us so we can investigate the fault to understand what went wrong and take action to prevent it from happening again.
RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL
Please check the parcel upon arrival from the courier. If you see any damage such as a big tear or punctured box the please return it to the courier and contact us immediately. Once the parcel has been signed for, it is then the responsibility of the customer to have made sure everything is ok with the parcel before accepting it.
